Kutsu kevätkokoukseen!

Kaikki uudet ja vanhat jäsenet ovat tervetulleita Yeesin kevätkokoukseen tiistaina 27.04.2021 klo 17.00!

Tervetuloa Nuorten mielenterveysseura – Yeesi ry:n kevätkokoukseen tiistaina 27.04.2021 kello 17.00. Valllitsevan pandemiatilanteen johdosta, kokous järjestetään etänä Zoomissa. Linkki kokoukseen lähetetään kaikille ilmoittautuneille sähköpostilla. Ennen kokouksen alkua, Jaksaa, jaksaa? -hankkeen hankepäällikkö Ville Särkelä esittelee hanketta ja sen tähänastisia tuloksia.

Yhdistyksen kevätkokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat asiat:

1. Kokouksen avaus

2. Kokouksen puheenjohtajan, sihteerin, kahden pöytäkirjantarkastajan ja ääntenlaskijoiden valinta

3. Kokouksen laillisuuden ja päätösvaltaisuuden toteaminen

4. Työjärjestyksen hyväksyminen

5. Sääntömuutos

6. Tilinpäätöksen, vuosikertomuksen ja tilintarkastajan lausunnon esittely

7. Tilinpäätöksen vahvistaminen ja vastuuvapauden myöntäminen hallitukselle ja muille

vastuuvelvollisille

8. Muut mahdolliset asiat

9. Kokouksen päättäminen

Welcome to the spring meeting of Youth Mental Health Association - Yeesi on April 27th at 5 p.m. Due to the prevailing pandemic situation, the meeting is held remotely in Zoom. A link to the meeting will be sent to all registrants by email. Before the meeting, project manager Ville Särkelä talks about the “Jaksaa, jaksaa?” -project and its results so far.

The meeting will address the following issues:

1. The meeting is opened

2. The chair for the meeting, a secretary, two examiner of the minutes and tellers are elected

3. Presence of a quorum is declared

4. The agenda is approved

5. Changes to the rules of the association

6. Presentation of the financial statements, annual report and auditor's report

7. Approval of the financial statements and discharge to the Board and other persons responsible

8. Other possible matters

9. The meeting is closed
